Either party may end a project in writing. You are responsible for payment of work completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred up to the termination date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IO Creative Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
